Pilates & Exercise Classes

Allegra Health Collective offer a variety of Physiotherapy and movement based classes suitable for all ages and abilities.  The team are fully qualified instructors, and have a studio set up with equipment to support clients on their journey to health.  


We offer 4 main types of physiotherapy and movement based exercise classes:

  1. PILATES PROGRAM BASED - Includes Physiotherapy consultations
  2. PILATES MAT CLASSES - 30minute and 60minute
  3. STRENGTH CLASSES - for dancers supporting strong bodies
  4. DANCE EXCERCISE - for seniors, young at hearts, and all ages

These classes are tailored to the individual and are an extension of their physiotherapy sessions with us.  Participants need to have booked in with one of our Physiotherapists to have a plan created for them specifically. This plan is then followed out in class time each week, with great results and feedback from our clients. Phone 4845

These classes are lead by one of our trained Pilates instructors, and are fantastic for supporting your bodies core muscle tone and development.

Strength classes are group classes that support the body to maintain strong muscle tone as a precursor to injury preventative management. These classes are great for all levels of dancers, exercise enthusiasts, or individuals looking to add an extra routine to their week that will support the building and strengthening of 

lean muscle mass
