Allegra Health Collective offer a variety of Physiotherapy and movement based classes suitable for all ages and abilities. The team are fully qualified instructors, and have a studio set up with equipment to support clients on their journey to health.
We offer 4 main types of physiotherapy and movement based exercise classes:
These classes are tailored to the individual and are an extension of their physiotherapy sessions with us. Participants need to have booked in with one of our Physiotherapists to have a plan created for them specifically.
