We have in-house Physiotherapy services available to support each dancer learn how to safely work with their individual strengths and weaknesses to develop safe and solid dance technique. Our Physiotherapists can also assess and diagnose any injuries or pain and support a safe and comprehensive return to dance. Our dancer pilates classes are physio-led ideal for the serious dancers that want develop physical strength, reduce injuries and excel technique.
