Adult Fitness Classes

Dance Exercise

Join our high-energy dance exercise classes where fitness meets rhythm. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just love to move, our sessions combine easy-to-follow choreography with heart-pumping music to help you burn calories, boost confidence, and have a blast. All levels welcome—just bring your enthusiasm and let the music move you! 



Dance for Brain Health

We are very excited to be offering new dance classes for brain health this year.  These classes are appropriate for anyone living with Parkinson's disease, or movement and mobility challenges, no matter how advanced.  Family, carers, friends and health professionals are welcome to attend. The class is also open to members of our community who want to boost their brain health.


With seated and standing options, you will explore elements of dance and exercise in a stimulating, inclusive and creative social environment.  No dance experience is necessary!  


Tap

 Step into rhythm and rediscover your love of movement in our Adult Tap Dance class! Designed for beginners and seasoned tappers alike, this fun and energetic class focuses on rhythm, musicality, and classic tap technique. Whether you're looking to pick up a new hobby, get a great workout, or revisit a past passion, our supportive and welcoming environment makes it easy to learn at your own pace. No experience necessary—just bring your enthusiasm and a pair of tap shoes! 

Adult Ballet

Whether you're a complete beginner or returning after time away, our Adult Ballet classes offer a welcoming and supportive space to build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Led by experienced dance instructor, these classes focus on classical technique with a relaxed, encouraging approach. No tutu required—just a willingness to move, learn, and enjoy the art of dance. 


Salsa - 5 week block

 Ready to spice up your week? Join our fun and energetic 5-week Salsa dance course—perfect for beginners and those looking to sharpen their moves! Learn the fundamentals of Salsa in a friendly, supportive environment with experienced instructors. Each class builds on the last, so you’ll be dancing confidently by week five. No partner or experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm!  Starting 13th June - book your spot now!


Pilates Classes

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, our diverse range of Pilates classes offers something for everyone. Reformer, mat, and fusion sessions combine core-strengthening exercises with mindful movement to improve flexibility, posture, and balance. All designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live more fully. Join us and find the perfect class to meet your goals and energize your body from the inside out. Our pilates classes are eligible for private health rebates.
