Rebates, Claiming and Care Plans
DVA
We are set up with DVA for both Gold and White cards. Let us know on your arrival and please bring you card with you so we can submit your claim.
Private Health Insurance
Our Physiotherapy and Pilates based classes (Beginner Mat, Mat, Program Pilates & Circuit Pilates) are covered by many private health insurers. Your rebate is individual.
WorkCover
If you have be injured through your workplace, simply provide your workcover claim number and we can submit your attendance at at clinic.
Medicare Care Plan
If you or your doctor have nominated Allegra Studios as a service provider on your plan you will be eligible for consultations with our physiotherapists. A care plan is designed by your GP and can include up to 5 visits a year to Allied Health services. Please let us know if you have a care plan as we need a copy for you to be eligible to claim - please note that these may not be accessible to Allegra Studios if you have used at another service or if you GP has not specific Allegra Studios as a provider.
NDIS
If you have a self managed NDIS plan you are able to use our physiotherapists as part of your support plan.
