We offer RAD Syllabus for grade 5 upwards, and BBO syllabus for Grades pre-primary to Grade 4. Allegra Dance Academy also run Interfound Advanced and Intermediate Ballet classes. OUR DANCERS HEALTH AND WELL-BEING ARE NO.1
Our method of teaching incorporates the Allegra Health Collective's knowledge of the human body and musculoskeletal systems. We educate and demonstrate to our students the ways they can protect their bodies with warm ups and techniques to actively prevent against injury. DANCERS GET HUNGRY!
Our Allegra Dance Academy students have very busy schedules, and sometimes it is hard to find time to eat. We have provided a Tuckshop service via My School Connect to support our busy families. Our Tuckshop is filled with healthy, nutritious, and delicious snacks to support our young dancers to have the energy they need to get all they can from their classes with us.
ORDER TUCKSHOP HERE
Three different "Bento Box" choices containing assorted healthy snacks like fresh fruit, popcorn, bliss balls and pretzels are offered weekly. Order online through the Tuckshop platform at My School Connect. The menu changes each week, and orders can be made in advance for the following week.
CUTOFF: Orders must be placed by 1:00pm on the day you are hoping to use our afternoon Tuckshop.
